Request data deletion

You can ask MEGACONTENT COMPANY LIMITED to delete records held by our Messenger assistant.

1. Email realestatecontent.online@gmail.com with the subject Messenger data deletion.
2. Identify the Facebook Page you contacted and the approximate date of the conversation. Do not include your password or identity documents.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request by messaging our Page from the same account.

The business owner then reviews the request and can remove the conversation's messages, generated replies and conversation-status records from the application's database. This is a manual process, not an immediate automated deletion service.

What this does not remove

Deleting our application records does not delete the original Messenger conversation from Facebook or another participant's account. Manage those copies through Meta's own tools. Other providers' separate records are governed by their policies.
